The Royale Indian (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
- Order & contact details: name, email, phone, event date, guest count, delivery address, and order notes.
- Account information: email and a securely hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth).
- Payment information: processed by Square. We receive a payment confirmation and receipt link, not your full card number.
- Technical data: basic log and device information needed to operate and secure the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare, fulfil and deliver your catering orders.
- To send transactional emails — order confirmations, invoices and receipts — via Resend.
- To provide your order history when you are signed in.
- To respond to enquiries and improve our service.
3. Service Providers
We share data only as needed with providers that help us operate: Supabase (database & authentication), Square (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own terms and security controls. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention
We retain order records as required for business, tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account data subject to records we must keep by law.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing business@theroyaleindian.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and tokenized payments. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
